Simple Banana Bread
run regular oats through a blender
all purpose flour
any plant milk
(finely ground flaxseeds, 1tbsp + 1 tbsp water)
a pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Add the oat and all purpose flour to a bowl.
Add the brown sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add the bananas to your blender along with the plant milk, cocoa powder and coconut oil and blend.
Pour the blended mix into the mixing bowl and mix it into a smooth batter.
Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter and place into the oven to bake for 60+ minutes.
It’s ready when you put a toothpick into the center of the loaf and it comes out clean.
Let it cool for 30 minutes before turning and cutting into it.
