Start by adding dried soy mince to a larger bowl, add in about 100ml hot water and, set aside and let it absorb for 10 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a larger bowl start by mashing the white beans. Then add the onions, garlic, oats and the spices. Mix well and thereafter add the soy mince and mix everything by hand.
Add more oats if the mixture is too wet. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
Start forming the patties in your hands, try to not make them very big, as they might crumble and not stick together.
Heat a pan on medium heat and cook the patties in some oil. Cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
