Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rosemary (fresh is best)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Preheat the oven to 200C
  • Slice the peeled potatoes into equal sized rings.
  • Toss them into a larger bowl then add in oil, rosemary, garlic and salt. Toss them around until coated.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking tray and pop them into oven for about 20-25 minutes, until you start to see the edges turn crisp brown.
